Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in low voltage systems project management
In-depth knowledge of: Structured cabling AV systems Access control, CCTV, intrusion detection Paging, intercom, synchronized clocks, and control systems
RCDD Certification - Required
BICSI Certification - Preferred
PMP Certification - Preferred
Experience managing public works/government contracts - Required
Strong skills in construction plan reading, job costing, scheduling, and field coordination
Proficient in project management tools and construction documentation
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in dynamic environments

Install, integrate, and test AV systems including displays, projectors, speakers, microphones, video walls, conferencing systems, DSPs, and control panels
Read and interpret AV system schematics, wiring diagrams, rack layouts, and floor plans
Pull, terminate, label, and dress a variety of cable types (CAT6, HDMI, audio, control, coax, fiber, etc.)
Install and configure AV racks, wall plates, ceiling mounts, and structured cabling systems
Perform basic configuration and testing of AV control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron)
Conduct system testing, signal flow checks, and assist in commissioning systems
Troubleshoot hardware and signal path issues during and post-installation
Work collaboratively with engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
Document all installation activities accurately and maintain records of changes or issues
